Procurement & Logistics

BTP Systems has a disciplined procurement process that complies with government and commercial practices for procurement of parts that ensures competitive pricing is obtained and awards are made in a fair and equitable manner.  Our procurement process is regimented through the establishment of a Bill of Materials for all programs being executed at BTP Systems no matter the size of the procurement.  Upon delivery of procured components they are logged into our parts management tracking system and placed in our controlled Government approved inventory management area.  This all occurs after an incoming quality inspection of received components is completed by our quality assurance team.
